Position Summary
We are seeking motivated residents of Kauai to join our team as Entry Level Laborers. This role offers training, advancement opportunities, and the chance to work on a variety of roofing projects across the island. Candidates must be reliable, hardworking, and dedicated to learning the trade.
Key Responsibilities
Perform roofing installations in accordance with industry standards and company guidelines
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time
Safely operate roofing tools and equipment
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and clients
Requirements
Must be a resident of Kauai
Dependable, reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license
Strong attendance and punctuality (must be on time daily, no exceptions)
Comfortable working at heights (ladders and roof edges)
Ability to read a tape measure
Must own a cell phone to clock in/out daily
Ability to lift and carry 80 lbs or more
Must be motivated, reliable, and eager to excel
Must pass random drug tests and avoid alcohol issues
Must be a U.S. citizen or hold valid work authorization
